Osama Soliman · Reusable identity · 15 October 2026

A simple system for work with a human voice.

Warm orange, quiet natural surfaces and clear type. A reusable visual language for project updates, engineering notes and hiring introductions. The website and future material should feel like the same person, without repeating a generic template or inventing a story.

Templates, not published posts. These are editable assets with example copy. Nothing has been posted, scheduled or sent by this kit. Check every claim and submit each post for approval before publication.

Colour roles

readableAccent#ff5c35

Light: alternate

surface#fffdf7
ink#151713
muted#65685f
line#cbc8bd
primary#ff5c35
readableAccent#c53a18

Use the brighter orange as a graphic accent. For small orange text on light surfaces, use the darker #c53a18. Keep prose in the ink or muted colours. Do not place small white lettering on bright orange.

Type, tone and the small details

Geist. Clear and direct.

Names, headings and body copy. Regular and semibold are enough.

Geist Mono · a date or implementation note

Use generous spacing, a 20px media radius and 12px control radius. Keep headings human-sized, avoid decorative section counters and leave arrows off button labels.

Write like a future colleague

  • Use first person for work Osama actually did.
  • Name the product, action and constraint.
  • Use short sentences and natural contractions where helpful.
  • Use verified facts. Do not invent claims.
  • No em dashes, generic AI hype, invented metrics, fabricated testimonials or unsupported seniority.
  • Draft posts for approval. Do not publish or schedule from this asset kit.
Prefer a specific contribution

“I reworked Firestore fetching patterns in Halal Kiwi to avoid unnecessary reads. The trade-off is keeping the screen’s information current.”

Avoid unsupported polish

“Revolutionising seamless digital experiences with cutting-edge solutions.” This says little about the work and should not become the voice of the portfolio.

Ready to adapt

Three social layouts in both themes, two LinkedIn banners and three transparent OS marks. SVGs keep editable text and embedded Geist fonts. PNG exports use the same font outlines. No external photography, generated app UI or copied portfolio art is included.

An optional supporting background

AI-generated charcoal and orange material texture, not an app screenshot or evidence of a product feature. Use it sparingly behind layouts, never as a substitute for authentic work. Keep all post copy as normal editable text, separate from the image.

Notes about the product captures

The Halal Kiwi presentation plate frames the actual 868 × 1950 app capture to show source y160..1400. The mirroring toolbar, phone status area and advertising remain outside the SVG viewport. Product pixels are unchanged. The Masajidna plate uses the original public-display capture straight, without altered interface content. Captures illustrate the products, not independently verified product status or measured performance.

Make the next update your own

  1. Open brand-inputs.json and update the identity or the chosen template’s copy. Keep the original role, ownership and date facts accurate.
  2. Regenerate from the project root with node tools/generate-brand-kit.mjs. This writes matching SVG and PNG exports to public/brand and output/brand.
  3. Alternatively, edit the SVG text in an SVG-capable design tool. The safe-area-guide group is hidden; make it visible while editing, then hide it again before export.
  4. Portrait templates are 1200 × 1500px. The introduction is 1200 × 1200px. Keep important content 88px from the edges.
  5. LinkedIn banners are 1584 × 396px. Main copy stays within x420–1480 and y52–332; the lower-left remains clear for the profile picture. Check desktop and mobile upload previews because platform crops can change.
  6. Use genuine owned product captures only when they help the story. Remove or frame out advertising and private information. A conceptual diagram must never be presented as an app screenshot.
  7. Review the copy, current availability, spelling, contrast and final crop. Draft for approval. Do not treat a template export as permission to publish.

The OS monogram is an original typographic construction, not a certification or a claim of registered trademark rights. Use it with the full name and role, retain clear space and do not stretch it.
